اعتبر الرئيس الفرنسي إيمانويل ماكرون أن خروج الولايات المتحدة من الاتفاق النووي الإيراني
وفرض وتشديد الحظر على إيران أمرا يبعث على الأسف.

وقال خلال اتصال هاتفي مع نظيره الإيراني حسن روحاني:
أن العديد من الإجراءات والقرارات الأمريكية هي للاستهلاك الداخلي.

وأضاف ماكرون:
أن فرنسا سعت وتسعى إلى الالتزام بالاتفاق النووي وإلى إقناع الأطراف المفاوضة عليه وخاصة
واشنطن للالتزام به.

وأكد:
ضرورة تعاون الجميع للحيلولة دون زيادة التوتر في المنطقة.

من جانبه أكد روحاني أن بلاده لا تريد تصعيد التوتر في المنطقة ولا تسعى للحرب
مع أي دولة في حين أن الإدارة الأمريكية هي السبب الرئيس للتوترات في المنطقة.

وقال روحاني خلال اتصال هاتفي تلقاه من نظيره الفرنسي إيمانويل ماكرون :
إننا ملتزمون دوما بتعزيز أمن واستقرار المنطقة ونبذل الجهود في هذا السياق إلا أننا سنتصدى
بحزم للأمريكيين إذا حاولوا تكرار اعتدائهم على المياه الاقليمية والمجال الجوي الإيراني.

وأوضح روحاني:
أن خطوة الرئيس الأمريكي دونالد ترامب بالخروج أحادي الجانب من الاتفاق النووي تضر الشعب
الأمريكي وأوروبا وإيران وتتعارض مع المصالح الاقليمية والدولية.

وأشار:
إلى أنه لو تم تنفيذ الاتفاق النووي بشكل كامل وصحيح من قبل جميع أطراف المفاوضات
لكنا نشهد اليوم تطورات إيجابية في المنطقة والعالم.

وتابع روحاني:
أن إيران التزمت بالاتفاق النووي بعد خروج أمريكا على أساس وعود الأطراف الأوروبية لضمان
المصالح الاقتصادية ومنها حل وتسوية القضايا المتعلقة بالشؤون البنكية وبيع النفط والتي لم يتحقق
أي منها عمليا.

ولفت:
إلى أنه إذا لم تتمكن إيران من الاستفادة من مصالح الاتفاق النووي فإنها ستخفض التزاماتها على مراحل.

وقال:
إن إيران لن تقوم أبدا بخطوة لا يمكن الرجوع عنها ومتى ما تم تنفيذ الاتفاق النووي من قبل
مجموعة خمسة زائد واحد في مجال حل وتسوية العلاقات البنكية وبيع النفط فان الظروف ستعود
إلى ما كانت عليه وما لم تلغ أمريكا جميع إجراءات الحظر ضد إيران فإن الظروف لن تتغير.
