القومي للمرأة المصري يعلن رصد 3 حالات تحرش في أول أيام عيد الأضحى

أعلن مكتب شكاوى المرأة بالمجلس القومى للمرأة المصري، رصد 3 شكاوى تحرش باليوم الأول لعيد الأضحى،
وذلك في محافظات القاهرة والإسكندرية والمنيا.
قالت مدير مكتب شكاوى المرأة أمل عبد المنعم:
أن المكتب تلقى اتصالا من سيدة تعرضت للتحرش فى السوق بمحافظة القاهرة،
وأنها حررت محضر وأفادها المكتب بأنه سيتابع معها الإجراءات فى النيابة العامة من خلال محام متطوع.
وتابعت عبد المنعم:
أنه في محافظة الاسكندرية، تلقى المكتب اتصال من سيدة تعرضت للتحرش اللفظى وتمت إفادتها
بالمشورة القانونية وضرورة تحرير محضر فى أقرب قسم شرطة
والتواصل مع وحدة مكافحة العنف بالمديرية بالمحافظة.
وأضافت:
وفي محافظة المنيا سجل أب شكوى لتعرض ابنته البالغة من العمر 14 عاما لتحرش،
وكان يستفسر عن الإجراءات القانونية، وقام المكتب بإفادته بتحرير محضر والتواصل مع وحدة مكافحة
العنف بالمديرية بالمحافظة، والمجلس القومى للطفولة والأمومة.
كما أشارت عبد المنعم:
إلى أن المكتب استقبل عددا من الاستفسارات المتعلقة بقضايا الأحوال الشخصية وتنفيذ أحكام،
وتم إفادتهن بالمشورة القانونية اللازمة، كما وردت مجموعة استفسارات متعلقة بنشاط المجلس.
وأكدت:
أن مكتب شكاوى المرأة يقدم المساندة الاجتماعية والقانونية والنفسية من خلال محامين متخصصين
وأخصائيين اجتماعين للسيدات والفتيات اللاتي يتعرضن للعنف فى حالة الاتجاه لرفع دعاوى قضائية،
ويتم المتابعة الدورية مع غرفة العمليات المركزية بمجلس الوزراء، وقطاع إدارة الأزمات والكوارث به.
