شدد الرئيس الإيراني حسن روحاني على أن الاتفاق النووي كان إنجازا سياسيا متعدد الأطراف.
وقال في كلمة له خلال أعمال القمة الـ 19 لمنظمة شنغهاي للتعاون:
أن تقارير الوكالة الدولية للطاقة الذرية أثبتت تنفيذ إيران جميع التزاماتها فيه
لكن الولايات المتحدة انسحبت منه بشكل أحادي وهددت الآخرين لإخراجهم منه
وإجبارهم على مخالفة القرار الأممي رقم 2231 الذي يدعو إلى ضرورة تنمية العلاقات مع إيران.
وطالب روحاني:
جميع الدول الموقعة على الاتفاق النووي الالتزام بتعهداتها.
وقال:
في إطار الاتفاق النووي نطلب من الدول المتبقية في الاتفاق أن تلتزم بتعهداتها
بموجبه وأن تمهد الأرضية لتتمتع إيران بمصالحها الاقتصادية في إطاره.
ولفت روحاني:
إلى ضرورة الاتحاد في مواجهة خطر الإرهاب الذي يهدد الاستقرار في العالم أجمع.
وأشار:
إلى استمرار إيران بتقديم الدعم لسورية والعراق وأفغانستان في الحرب ضد الإرهاب
وبذلها كل الجهود لوقف العدوان على اليمن.
وأكد:
روحاني إلى حرص بلاده على فتح أبواب الحوار مع جميع دول الجوار وحل كل الأزمات الدولية
عن طريق الدبلوماسية واحترام الشؤون الداخلية للدول بعيدا عن الحروب والعقوبات.
